2026 Annadel Half Marathon/10K/5K Training Group

Come Run With Us!  Train for the 2026 Annadel Trail Races.   We will provide training plans that include Sunday long runs and Thursday speed/hill workouts. Sundays group runs on various Annadel trails at 8:00 a.m. and Thursday speed and form runs at Channel Drive at 5:45 p.m.

Our running coaches and mentors will provide trail running expertise and advice that will improve your experience.  
All you need is enthusiasm, good shoes, and a way to carry water with you on your runs. Not sure which group to join, let us help you with these guidelines:
  • 5K Group is great for folks new to trail running who want to build their off-road skills.  Must be able to comfortably complete a mile in under 20 minutes to join this group.
  • 10K group is intermediate level with some trail running experience.  Must be able to comfortably run a 5K (about three miles) in under 50 minutes.
  • Half Marathon Group is perfect for those who are familiar with trail running and can comfortably complete a 10K (about 6 miles)
Race Registration is not included in the training group.
